As an Asset Management Analyst, you drive value creation across Sunrise’s operating and development portfolios by delivering financial insights that support strategic decision-making and performance improvement. What You’ll Do: • Analyze community and portfolio financial performance • Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning • Build financial models for acquisitions, developments, and partnerships • Evaluate labor, rate, and expense trends to improve margins and RevPAR • Assist with underwriting, proformas, and investment analysis • Benchmark operating and capital performance across assets • Contribute to M&A activity and new management contract evaluations • Prepare presentations for ownership groups and senior leadership • Conduct market research and competitive analysis • Collaborate with Operations, FP&A, and Development teams You help transform data into actionable strategies that enhance asset performance and long-term growth. What We’re Looking For: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field • 2+ years experience in finance, asset management, or FP&A • Strong financial modeling and underwriting skills • Advanced Excel skills (Power BI or planning systems preferred) • Ability to analyze complex data and communicate insights clearly • Highly organized with strong attention to detail Asset Management Analyst – Support Strategic Portfolio Decisions Asset Management Analyst | Real Estate Portfolio | Financial Analysis

Pay Range:

62,500.00 - 96,100.00
