Asset Management Associate
You will execute spot, futures, and options trades across centralized and decentralized exchanges. You will monitor markets and risk exposure, manage hedging and rebalancing, develop trading strategies, build portfolio dashboards, analyze data, reconcile activity, and support backtesting, reporting, accounting, compliance, and audit processes.
Responsibilities
- Execute spot, futures, and options trades across centralized and decentralized exchanges
- Monitor market conditions, order books, funding rates, and liquidity
- Manage exposure through hedging, rebalancing, and position sizing
- Develop, test, and refine trading strategies
- Optimize execution pipelines to reduce slippage, gas costs, and fees
- Track crypto and macroeconomic developments and contribute trading ideas
- Collaborate to improve trading infrastructure, execution automation, and performance monitoring
- Prepare portfolio performance, P&L, and market reports
- Build and maintain real-time portfolio and trading KPI dashboards
- Reconcile trades, balances, and on-chain activity
- Extract, clean, and aggregate data from databases, exchanges, and DeFi protocols through APIs
- Support strategy backtesting, performance attribution, and scenario analysis
- Ensure asset data accuracy for accounting, compliance, and audit processes
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in crypto, FX, or derivatives trading
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Computer Science
- Understanding of CEX and DEX mechanics, order types, and liquidity structures
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis, automation, and model development
