We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and thoroughly efficient candidate to join our Mosaic and Fund Operations team. In this capacity, you will provide investor servicing and recordkeeping focused on enabling distribution, providing consultative services, creating scale and controls.

Within Shareholder Services, the Mosaic and Fund Operations team provides client support by ensuring the accurate processing, recording and settlement of shareholder transactions for the Goldman Sachs Funds. The team is responsible for accurate and timely reporting to funds and coordinates notification of all trading activity to portfolio managers as well as reconciling all activity pertaining to the daily settlement of shareholder transactions.
HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
Primary Responsibilities
- Recordkeeping: Maintain the books and records for a broad range of products with diverse liquidity terms.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Partner with Client Service teams and external fund complexes to resolve shareholder requests regarding trading and wires.
- Reporting & Compliance: Manage corporate action events and year-end tax reporting; support fund policy management, including corrective processing and materiality monitoring.
- Platform Support: Oversee the Mosaic Platform across all Fund Partners by coordinating pricing, ensuring daily trading accuracy, and managing data reporting.
- Portfolio Liaison: Provide Portfolio Managers with updates on significant shareholder activity, overall flows, and answering any cashflow related queries.
- Operational Execution: Perform critical functions under the pressure of daily trading and processing deadlines.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Basic Qualifications
- Education: BA/BS degree required.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task in a deadline-driven environment.
- Analytical Mindset: A self-starter with strong anticipation skills, accountability, and a sense of urgency.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert PC skills, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Access.
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry Experience: 3+ years in the financial services industry, specifically within mutual fund operations or accounting.
- Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of the mutual fund industry.
