Asset Management Specialist
Summary
Manage warehouse inventory by receiving, organizing, and tracking stock; package items; update records; and maintain clean premises, with occasional overtime required.
Responsibilities：
- Receiving Incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders Sort, organize and retrieving stock
- Package items and label correctly, scan delivered items and ensure quality
- Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors Stack and organize large bulk items
- Update logs and documentation for inventory processing Keep neat and clean warehouse premises
- Organize and maintain records of inventories up to date.
Requirements：
- Diploma/college degree or above
- Able to speak Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates and customers
- Asset management, warehouse management or IDC related experience is preferential
- Basic knowledge about IDC facilities
- Familiar use Office tools such as EXCEL
- Can work under pressure, and accept overtime work sometimes
