Asset Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Asset Manager to lead the performance and strategy of a diverse real estate portfolio. This is a hands-on role focused on value creation, operational oversight, and execution across assets including retail, office, industrial, and residential.

The Role:

• Drive asset-level business plans to enhance value and returns
  
• Oversee leasing, capex, and third-party partners
  
• Monitor financial performance and KPIs
  
• Prepare reporting, valuations, and hold/sell analyses
  
• Support restructuring and special situations as needed
  

Requirements:

• 5–10 years’ experience in real estate asset management or investments
  
• Strong modeling and analytical skills (Excel, Argus)
  
• Proven ability to manage external partners
  
• Experience with value-add or opportunistic assets a plus
  
• Comfortable with complexity and fast-paced environments
