Asset Manager (자산관리) (AM3)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Handover processes for developed or acquired logistics assets; performing overall asset management duties.
- Supporting lease negotiations and managing lease agreements and tenant relations.
- Planning, reviewing, and process management for Capital Expenditure (CapEx) and Repair & Maintenance (R&M)
- Developing operational strategies for logistics assets and managing budgets, including annual OPEX planning.
- Managing cash flow, including rent, CapEx, R&M
- Stakeholder coordination

Requirements
- 3 to 8 years of experience in asset management companies, Property Management (PM)
- Degree in accounting or professional experience related to real estate funds.
- English communication skills preferred

- 부동산 펀드 관련 회계 전공자 또는 경력 보유자 우대
- 업무에 대한 열정과 책임감을 갖추고 조직 친화력이 우수한 자
