As an Asset Manager, you will have the opportunity to support a dynamic and evolving portfolio while partnering closely with internal teams, operators, and external stakeholders to enhance financial performance and advance long-term strategic objectives.


Position Summary

The Asset Manager will be responsible for helping maximize the performance and long-term value of a portfolio of commercial and/or multifamily real estate assets. In this role the Asset Manager will help manage each asset according to its agreed upon business plan; coordinating among multiple parties, ensuring compliance, and timely tracking performance metrics to help facilitate necessary adjustments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze property-level financial performance, including variance analysis and recommended adjustments to maximize returns.
  • Support in the preparation of budgets, forecasts and actionable business plans for each asset.
  • Provide compliance oversight for each asset including obligations tied to leases, debt covenants, POAs, insurance, etc.
  • Work with the operating team for each asset, including property managers, contractors, and service providers to drive teamwork and accountability.
  • Ensure each asset adheres to the highest operating standards, including routine property walks, capital planning, property improvements and customer satisfaction.
