【Job Description】

• Operational Performance Reporting: Reviews and finalizes performance reports, providing analytical commentary and executive insights for decision-making
• Investor's Monthly & Annual Reports
• Lenders Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Reports (supports Finance with generation performance data)
• Operational Issue Oversight: Oversees OM contractor performance and the resolution of critical operational issues to drive asset optimization and stability
• Dispute Management: Manages dispute resolutions and contractual negotiations to mitigate operational risks
• Obligations and Commitments Management: Oversees the fulfillment of SPV operational obligations and commitments
• Budget and Cost Management: Oversees SPV budget planning, cost control, and payment authorization
• Change Management: Oversees strategic change management for SPV contracts, agreements, and permits
• Major Incident Escalation: Manages the reporting and escalation of major incidents to ensure executive awareness and strategic resolution
• Owner Site Engagement: Accompanies asset owner or lender site visits as necessary to provide strategic context, with technical and operational execution managed by OM teams
• Stakeholder Liaison: Acts as the SPVs' interface for stakeholder communications, coordinating resolution strategies and responses in collaboration with OM, CS, GR, and Land teams

1. Experience in multi-project coordination, with the ability to manage technical, financial, and regulatory aspects simultaneously.
2. Strong data-driven analytical skills, with the ability to provide strategic insights for decision-making support.
3. Proven ability to drive execution and deliver results effectively in a cross-functional, multi-stakeholder environment.
