Asset Management Digital, Data, and Distribution (D3) Marketing is a specialized team of subject matter experts in the areas of digital tools, web experiences, automated distribution (e-mail, thought leadership, events), data analytics, and sales experience (CRM). Within D3, the Product Optimization team manages the overall Product Operating Model governing agile development and coordination of our D3 products, product governance to senior management, cross-product initiatives spanning multiple product teams, and performance tracking through OKRs and metrics tied closely to business value.
