Assistant Account Manager (CCP For Tourism Professionals)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Assistant Account Manager to join our team. You will support the management of client accounts and projects, build strong client relationships, and work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver successful brand activation, events, marketing and manpower projects.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with clients, coordinating projects and taking ownership of multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with assigned clients.
  • Support the Account Manager in developing and growing existing client accounts.
  • Coordinate brand activation, events, promotional campaigns and manpower projects from planning through execution.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, project briefs, schedules and reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, freelancers and manpower resources to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, deliverables and manpower requirements.
  • Attend client meetings, project briefings and site visits when required.
  • Follow up on client feedback and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Assist in preparing pitches and proposals for new business opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to retain existing clients and expand business with them.
  • Track project performance, costs and profitability.
  • Prepare regular account and project status updates for management.
  • Ensure proper documentation and follow-up of all clients and project matters.

What We Are Looking For

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Events Management or a related discipline.
  • 2–4 years of experience in account management, client servicing, events, marketing, brand activation or project coordination.
  • Strong client servicing and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Strong project management and organisational abilities.
  • Commercially minded with an interest in growing business and revenue.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, resourceful and comfortable working independently.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Willing to work evenings, weekends or public holidays when required for events and activations.
