Assistant Analyst - Real Estate Advisory

WSP is seeking an Analyst to join our growing Real Estate Advisory team in the Middle East. The role will be based in India and will be focused on supporting the preparation of strategic client deliverables across a wide range of assignment types across the Middle East, including market research, feasibilities and highest and best use studies, among others.

• Supporting real estate consulting assignments including preparing client reports, deliverables and presentations.
• Conducting market research as required for client assignments including as part of benchmarking analyses, preparation of case studies and market outlook assessments.
• Report writing and analysis for various reports sections including but not limited to site assessments, macroeconomic analyses, and real estate supply – demand.
• Contributing to the preparation and maintenance of in-house research databases and corresponding updates.
• Contribution to thought leadership and research paper preparation.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in real estate consulting, management consulting, real estate development or related field.
• Excellent written and oral skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in Middle East and knowledge of the Middle East real estate market a plus.
• Understanding of real estate development, finance, feasibility and research methodologies.
