Assistant Architectural Manager (Hospital Project)

Our client is a leading main contractor with an established track record in large-scale building and infrastructure projects, offering strong project exposure, career development opportunities and a stable project pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and project teams on architectural and technical matters.
- Plan and coordinate architectural works, finishes and interfaces with structural and M&E trades.
- Review and coordinate drawings, shop drawings, material submissions and method statements.
- Plan and monitor site activities to ensure quality, progress and timely completion.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, EHS and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate architectural and interior design works, including interfacing works and reflected ceiling plans.
- Resolve technical issues and discrepancies with consultants and subcontractors.
- Lead and guide the architectural team to achieve project quality and programme targets.
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture, Architectural Studies, Building or related discipline.
- Relevant experience in architectural coordination / construction / site management.
- Experience with main contractors preferred.
- Hospital / healthcare project experience is advantageous; candidates from other large-scale building projects will also be considered.
- Strong knowledge of architectural specifications, finishes and construction coordination.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
OTHER INFORMATION:
- Location: Depending on project
- Working hours: 5.5 Days
- Salary: up to S$12,000 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
