What You'll Do
As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will help oversee the daily operations of the branch while delivering exceptional service to our members. This role serves as a key leader within the branch, supporting employee development, operational excellence, and member satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising, coaching, and developing branch employees.
- Support branch operations and ensure compliance with Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver consistently exceptional member service as a primary point of contact for consumer and business member needs.
- Process member transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist members with online banking, mobile banking, and other remote service solutions.
- Open, maintain, and close deposit accounts.
- Conduct loan interviews and assist with loan processing, closing, and disbursement.
- Promote Credit Union products and services that meet members' financial needs.
- Resolve member concerns and identify opportunities to improve the member experience.
- Support achievement of branch goals and performance objectives.
- May be assigned to work at various branch locations within the Western Market.
