We are looking for an experienced, service-focused leader to join our team as an Assistant Branch Manager. In this role, you'll help lead branch operations, coach employees, build member relationships, and contribute to the growth and success of the branch.

What You'll Do

• Assist the Branch Manager with leading, coaching, training, and developing branch employees.
• Foster a strong member service and sales culture through employee development and performance support.
• Deliver exceptional service while assisting members with:
  • Deposit accounts
  • Consumer lending
  • Online and mobile banking support
  • Account maintenance and servicing
  • Other financial products and services
• Resolve member concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Support branch growth initiatives and business development efforts.
• Assist with branch cash management, audits, security procedures, and operational compliance.
• Help conduct employee coaching, observations, and performance reviews.
