Branch Administration & Operations
- Support the Branch Manager with daily administrative and operational activities.
- Maintain sales rosters, track deal progress, and prepare reports to support branch performance.
- Process petty cash, claims, refunds, and other administrative documentation in accordance with company procedures.
- Review and verify documents for completeness and accuracy before submission to the relevant departments.
- Coordinate information and documentation across Sales, Purchasing, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Vehicle Inspection & Handover
- Conduct basic inspections of incoming and outgoing vehicles to ensure they meet company standards.
- Verify vehicle condition and required inspection checks before vehicles are accepted or displayed.
- Support vehicle preparation and customer handovers, including ensuring keys and required documents are ready for delivery.
Inventory & Fleet Management
- Conduct regular vehicle stocktakes and branch inventory checks to maintain accurate records.
- Update vehicle movement records, including arrivals, transfers, trade-ins, and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle keys and ensure they are properly labelled, organised, and accounted for.
- Monitor vehicle readiness and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure vehicles are available for sale or delivery.
Vehicle Listings & Merchandising
- Update vehicle details, specifications, and pricing upon arrival.
- Coordinate vehicle photography and ensure listings are published accurately and promptly across online platforms.
- Ensure vehicle listings remain accurate and up to date.
Requirements
Qualification in GCE 'O' / 'N' Level, Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma, or Degree in any discipline.
Formal training, certification, or education in Automotive Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline is highly advantageous.
Minimum 2 years of practical experience within the automotive sector (e.g., vehicle inspection, fleet management, workshop maintenance, or dealership operations).
Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 or 3A Driving License with a clean driving record and willingness to travel island-wide as needed.
Familiarity with LTA (Land Transport Authority) guidelines, vehicle transfer procedures, and VICOM / STA inspection processes is a strong plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
High adaptability with the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively under pressure, and resolve operational roadblocks quickly.
Self-driven and comfortable working independently while remaining a dependable, collaborative team player.
