Position Summary
The Product Data Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of product and customer data across multiple internal and third-party systems.
This position supports cross-functional teams by ensuring product information, pricing, attributes, and reference data are accurate, current, and aligned with business objectives.
The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, analytical, and proficient in Excel, with experience managing large datasets in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time, on-site position. Remote work is not available.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate product, pricing, and customer data across internal and external systems.
- Enter, update, validate, and audit large volumes of data.
- Create and maintain customer pricing files and product setup information.
- Manage product attributes, assignments, and coding structures.
- Review and resolve data exceptions from third-party updates.
- Research and update competitor interchange information.
- Enter new products and pricing into third-party databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare reports and dashboards.
- Develop SOPs and improve workflows.
- Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
