We are looking to bring on a Second Chef to join our team in Formentera. This role will be key to ensuring that our quality and service standards continue to make a difference in our guests' experience. If you are a proactive person, customer-oriented and motivated by challenges, we want to meet you.

What you'll do

📝 Main Responsibilities

• Carry out in a qualified manner the functions of planning, organizing and controlling all tasks pertaining to the kitchen department.

• Collaboration and assistance to the Head of Department.

• Supervision and presence in the different areas to ensure the standard and quality of service.

• Support in maintaining order and cleanliness of the area and work tools.

What we're looking for

🔑 Position Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position in hotels of at least 4 stars.

• Command of English and/or German.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills and customer orientation.

• Leadership and teamwork.

• Hygiene and health knowledge.

Nice to have

• Training related to the position.
