Assistant Club Manager (Anytime Fitness Gym)

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Assistant Club Manager to support daily operations and drive membership growth.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Club Manager in daily gym operations and staff supervision

• Ensure excellent service and handle member enquiries

• Support sales, marketing, and membership promotions

• Maintain club standards, safety, and cleanliness

• Assist with scheduling, reporting, and admin tasks

Requirements:

• Higher Nitec / Diploma in Sports, Business, or related field

• Experience in fitness, wellness, or hospitality preferred

• Strong people skills and sales-driven mindset

• Able to work shifts/weekends (Bartley area)
