Assistant Coach - Volleyball

JOB SUMMARY

The Assistant Coach - Volleyball will be responsible for coaching and mentoring the team under the guidance of the Head Coach in a manner that is consistent with goals of the program and the policies and procedures of Southeastern University. The Assistant Coach will have recruiting responsibilities, be able to work collaboratively with the head coach, and perform other duties as assigned.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

Reports to: Head Coach - Volleyball

Supervisory Responsibility: N/A

Indirect Supervisory Responsibility: N/A

ESSENTIAL DUTIES - May include, but is not limited to the following:

1. Attend all practices, games, and recruiting functions

2. Plan and execute daily meeting and practice activities

3. Actively recruit prospective student-athletes to SEU

4. Support the Christian mission of SEU

5. Adhere to all applicable NAIA, Sun Conference, and institutional rules

ADDITIONAL/NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES

N/A

All remaining duties are considered "nonessential" within the context of the ADA, which means that the function could be reassigned to another employee in order to allow a disabled individual to hold the position. Alternatively, the manager could try to provide a reasonable accommodation so that the disabled individual could perform the function.
