KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Communicate effectively with overseas customers on commercial matters.
Liaise with BOI, Customs, and other local authorities regarding logistics-related issues.
Coordinate with internal departments such as Marketing, Finished Goods (FG), and Finance to facilitate and prepare shipments.
Carry out additional duties relevant to the role as assigned by management from time to time.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Diploma or Degree in Logistics or a related field.
Strong communication skills in English.
Ability to handle documentation accurately and effectively.
