What You'll Do
- Support the day-to-day leadership and operations of the banking center.
- Coach and develop team members to deliver outstanding service and build strong customer relationships.
- Drive sales, service, and operational excellence while helping the team achieve goals.
- Assist with account opening, cash handling, and operational oversight.
- Promote growth across all lines of business through customer conversations and referrals.
- Step into a leadership role and manage the facility in the Community Bank Manager's absence.
- Resolve customer and team concerns with professionalism, confidence, and sound judgment.
