Compensation: $21–$24 per hour, plus monthly performance bonuses
Gaines Investment Trust is seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager to join our team at The Winsted at Valley Ranch Apartments in Irving.
This role is ideal for a motivated property management professional who enjoys working with residents, supporting property operations, and contributing to the overall success of the community.

What You Will Do
- Support daily property operations, leasing, renewals, and move-ins
- Provide exceptional service and build strong resident relationships
- Assist with rent collection, delinquency management, and resident accounts
- Maintain accurate leases, resident files, reports, and property records
- Coordinate with maintenance and vendors to support community operations
- Support occupancy, resident retention, and overall property performance
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies
What You Will Bring
- 2+ years of Assistant Community Manager or multifamily property management experience preferred
- Experience with leasing, renewals, rent collection, and delinquency management
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve resident concerns professionally
- Microsoft Office proficiency; Yardi Voyager and CRM experience preferred
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
