The Assistant Concessions Manager at the Fox Theatre serves as a critical operational leader within the Food and Beverage Department, directly supporting the Concessions Manager in executing all facets of concessions operations across the venue.

This position is responsible for driving a high-performance service culture while ensuring the seamless delivery of food and beverage offerings to thousands of guests during Broadway productions, concerts, private events, and other live entertainment experiences.

This role is deeply embedded in the day-to-day action of concessions and requires someone who is both strategic and hands-on. The Assistant Concessions Manager helps oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of all concession points, ensuring operations are efficient, hygienic, and guest-focused.
