Assistant Consultant Coordinator
About the Role
This role will work closely with UK-based teams, contributing to the development, coordination, and delivery, that enable safe and efficient management of road networks.
You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality, timely, and compliant delivery of Transport-related processes while collaborating across geographies in a global delivery model.
Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and regulatory authorities, supporting communication and documentation workflows across geographies.
Assist in managing the end‑to‑end lifecycle of transport projects, ensuring milestones are achieved and outputs meet technical and regulatory standards.
Contribute to people movement assessment along with the pedestrian flows and behaviours using industry tools, supporting design validation, safety audits, and operational planning.
Interpret maps, drawings, and highway plans; validate inputs and data accuracy; and ensure compliance with UK traffic management regulations.
Prepare consultation materials, maintain accurate records, and align outputs with UK standards and international best practice.
Contribute to improving workflows, templates, and review processes, enhancing both modelling consistency and regulatory compliance.

Strong ability to read and interpret maps, plans, and technical drawings (desirable not mandatory)
Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills (UK-facing role)
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote/global setup
Proficiency in MS Office and digital mapping tools (e.g., GIS platforms) · Candidates from diverse academic backgrounds, including Geography, English, Engineering, Legal or any discipline with strong analytical and communication skills.
Diploma/ bachelor’s degree
Years of experience
Minimum 1.5- 2 years of experience.
