A publicly traded medical device manufacturing company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Controller to join its Finance team.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and applicable securities regulations.
• Perform ongoing financial reporting controls and support SOX compliance processes.
• Prepare corporate tax reports and related filings.
• Oversee, supervise, and support day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records and reporting.
• Work closely with external auditors, tax advisors, and other professional consultants.
• Prepare financial reports, management presentations, and financial analyses to support business decisions.
• Manage ongoing reporting requirements and coordinate with the Israel Innovation Authority (IIA).
