We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Controller to join our Finance team in Tel Aviv. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on finance professional to gain exposure to all aspects of accounting and financial operations in a fast-growing global company. The ideal candidate will support the Controller in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
- Assist in preparing consolidated financial statements and management reports.
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses.
- Work with external auditors and local accountants on audits, tax filings, and statutory requirements.
- Help maintain accounting policies and internal controls.
- Improve accounting processes, including automation and ERP implementation.
Requirements
- CPA with Big 4 experience is required.
- 2-4 years of accounting or finance experience, with a background in high-tech or gaming.
- Good understanding of IFRS/US GAAP and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and Office; experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or Priority is an advantage.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Hebrew.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate with others, and meet deadlines.
