Assistant CRM Manager
- Degree in Marketing / Business Analytic / Business Administration or related disciplines
- 5 years or above solid experience in Marketing and CRM, with at least 2 years at supervisory level
- Proven management abilities in strategic planning and budgeting
- Proactive, Responsible, Strong marketing sense and high attention to details
- Solid expertise in CRM platforms, marketing automation, and analytics tools (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365, Braze, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent)
- Proven experience in database management and CRM dashboard development
- Strong analytical skill, presentation, negotiation, problem solving and people & management skills
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
