Assistant Customer Relationship Manager

We are looking for an experienced candidate to engage and develop relationships with industry associations, VIPs and develop the hosted buyer program for our largest portfolio in Food & Hospitality - Asia.

The role will be responsible for engaging with key customers by building and preserving trusting relationships with the best food buyers in the region. Identifying opportunities to grow the ‘best-in-kind’ customer base and build relationships with new buyers will be critical to this role. You should also be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems to ensure maximum client satisfaction.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conceptualise strategic development for Hosted Buyers Program & Buyer engagement campaigns
• Work closely with marketing team on promoting and delivering buyer engagement campaigns
• Collaborate with Sales team to identify potential buyers and curate exclusive networking opportunity
• Strong and proactive follow up with identified VIPs and industry associations to ensure their attendance to our events
• Build new leads and maintaining positive business relationships with key customers
• Provide customers with timely update on the latest development of our events
• Collate and maintain the customer database in a systematic way with accuracy
• Understand and address industry trends and customer needs
• Understand the business matching requirements of customers, explore and line up business matching opportunity
• Assist coordination of delegation and buyers program at physical events
• Maintain regularly an up-to-date CRM of contacts and ensure all supporting software is updated
