Assistant Data / Performance / Strategy Engineer
Overview: A role supporting data, performance, and strategy for the 2026 JSCup France season (Ligier JS2R, L’Écurie Française). The candidate will assist with telemetry data collection and analysis, race strategy support, driver coaching, and mechanical/logistical support in the pits. Availability for track days, one-off races, or a full season; willing to travel across France and Europe.
Responsibilities
- Telemetry data collection and analysis using MoTeC i2, AiM Race Studio 3, LifeRacing
- Support race strategy and driver coaching
- Provide mechanical and logistical support in the pits
- Collaborate with team personnel to prepare for events
Qualifications
- Experience or familiarity with telemetry systems and data analysis tools (MoTeC i2, AiM Race Studio 3, LifeRacing)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Willingness to travel within France and Europe
- Ability to work in fast-paced, race-event environments
