Assistant / Deputy Clinic Manager

Job Summary

We are a GP clinic seeking a Deputy Clinic Manager to lead operational excellence, staff supervision, and business development across multiple locations, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient clinic management.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily clinic operations to maintain seamless service delivery and patient satisfaction
• Execute core clinic assistant duties including patient registration, medication dispensing, payment collection, claims submission, and clinical procedure support to ensure operational efficiency
• Manage patient feedback and resolve complaints related to operational and medical services to enhance patient experience
• Oversee insurance and government scheme claims processing, ensuring timely follow-up on rejected or returned claims to optimize reimbursement
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments to maintain financial accuracy and cash flow
• Develop and implement online and offline marketing strategies aligned with company policies to drive business growth
• Supervise clinic staff adherence to company policies and procedures, providing actionable feedback to management on operational issues
• Coordinate staff training and proficiency development, including clinical skills enhancement and participation in relevant courses, to uphold professional standards
• Model and enforce service and care standards among clinic staff and doctors through effective leadership
• Manage formal responses to audit requests in collaboration with the Medical Director to ensure compliance
• Execute ad-hoc projects assigned by management to support clinic objectives
• Travel between Yishun and Boon Keng / Bendemeer clinic locations as required
• Work shifts including weekends to support clinic operational needs
