About the role
Job objectives.
Provide support to the dining room manager in all their tasks.
What you'll do
Main Functions / Tasks.
Receiving customers.
Be the team's point of reference in the absence of the dining room manager.
Coordinate and supervise the smooth running of the dining room.
Provide direct customer service for beverage consumption.
Keeping the work area clean and organized.
Transport tools and items necessary for service.
Provide information regarding the various drinks and food available on the menu.
To inform and advise the customer on the composition and preparation of the different products available.
What we're looking for
Desired experience: 1 year.
Education & certifications
Catering courses, cocktail courses, food handler's certificate
Customer service and allergens
About the company & team
They are part of the hotel's organizational chart, reporting to the dining room manager.
