Assistant Director of Facilities

JOB PURPOSE:

The Assistant Director of Facilities supports the planning, operation, and maintenance of all organizational facilities, including the four-story headquarters building, our local veteran’s wellness center, the warehouse, and as needed for multiple satellite locations. This role assists in overseeing building systems, maintenance staff, vendor relationships, safety compliance, security adherence, and capital improvement projects to ensure all sites aresafe, functional, and well maintained, while maintaining active, responsive communication and coordination with the Director of Facilities.
