Key Accountabilities

• Support the Director of Spa & Wellness and lead the department in their absence.
• Oversee daily Spa & Wellness operations, ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency.
• Deliver exceptional luxury guest experiences through proactive service and effective issue resolution.
• Drive revenue growth, productivity, and achievement of financial targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to support performance and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, service principles, and health & safety requirements.
• Monitor guest feedback and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate across departments to deliver seamless guest experiences and operational success.

General Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in Spa, Wellness, or Hospitality operations.
• Strong knowledge of spa operations, treatments, productivity, and retail performance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent guest relations, service recovery, and stakeholder management skills.
• Business level proficient in both English and Japanese.
