Assistant Director

About the Position: This position is located at Fort Bragg, NC.

Oversee all projects and is delegated full authority to make decisions on behalf of the Director.

Authority to represent the Branch at Councils of Colonels, conferences, meetings, and working groups, providing advice and guidance as necessary

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with regard to proponent tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).

Direct proponent initiatives and integration; Joint, lnteragency, Intergovernmental and Multinational (JIIM) subordinate offices.

Oversee the Proponent Directorate's employment of validated Al tools to facilitate and expedite review, analysis, and summarization of lessons learned reports, unit after action reports, new doctrine, and other relevant information.

Lead and is responsible to the Director for the determination of requirements and development of future force capabilities.

Oversees the development and preparation of directed Army Concept and Capability Development Plan (AC2DP) products.

Provide leadership, professional guidance, decisions, advice, and assistance on all matters pertaining to the Branch and to civilian personnel management
