Assistant Electrical Site Supervisor
Summary
Oversee daily electrical installation work at construction sites, coordinate teams and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with safety and project specifications.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily electrical installation works at project sites.
- Coordinate site activities with project managers, subcontractors and workers.
- Monitor work progress and ensure project schedules are met.
- Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications and safety regulations.
- Conduct daily site inspections and resolve on-site issues.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and site safety at all times.
- Assist in planning manpower, materials and tools required for site operations.
- Attend site meetings when required.
- Maintain site records, progress reports and documentation.
- Report work progress and site issues to management.
Requirements
- Minimum NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant site supervision experience in electrical or construction projects preferred.
- Able to read and understand construction and electrical drawings.
- Basic knowledge of workplace safety requirements.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Responsible, proactive and able to work independently.
- Willing to work at different project locations across Singapore.
