Assistant Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting retro-commissioning (RCx) works.
  
• Liaise with on-site operation teams to implement energy saving opportunities.
  
• Monitor building energy usage, analyze energy data and prepare energy reports.
  
• Facilitate regular team meetings.
  
• Perform other job-related duties as required.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Building Services Engineering /
  Energy Engineering
  
• Experience in operation and maintenance of building services facilities is
  preferable
  
• Good PC skills on AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
  
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
