Assistant F&B Manager

As Grosvenor’s Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you’ll bring a fresh perspective and a whole lot of personality to the team and support the F&B manager drive the business to new heights.

This multifaceted role demands a unique blend of leadership skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Tasked with supporting the F&B Manager to oversee the entirety of the food and beverage department, your duties extend beyond managing a team.

You’ll oversee every culinary creation and beverage dispensed to ensure they uphold the highest standards.

Skills & Experience Needed:

Experience as a Duty Manager, Assistant Manager, or F&B manager in a reputable branded or independent food and beverage organisation.
A real passion for delivering the highest standards and experience to customers.
Experience with running a venues F&B social media is desirable.

Please be advised that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.
