Assistant Finance Manager (2 Years Contract) #Loyang #Hybrid# #NKC

Manage assigned finance functions, including AP, AR, P2P, GL, Cash & Bank, Fixed Assets, GST and financial reporting.

Process and review financial transactions accurately in the ERP system.

Support month-end and year-end closing, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

Perform bank, POS, GL and other account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.

Maintain fixed asset and lease-related schedules, including ROU assets.

Prepare and support GST submissions and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Prepare management reports, audit schedules and supporting financial documents.

Maintain proper financial records, SOPs and financial controls.

Liaise with internal departments and external parties to resolve accounting and operational issues.

Support internal and external audits, asset verification and inventory stock counts.

Assist with inventory accounting and reconciliation.

Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and systems.

Perform other finance-related duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned.
