Job Responsibilities:
Prepare external reports and filings including annual report, interim report, financial statements and quarterly announcements
Review the corporate level accounting transactions such as share based payment and other transactions in Group level as well as allocations, as part of the monthly close process
Review the reconciliation of various accounts balance, including but not limited to share based payments and earnings per share in Group level
Monitor the connected/related party transactions to ensure compliance with relevant exchange requirements and contractual terms
Prepare the monthly consolidation of the Group
Monitor the connected/related party transactions to ensure compliance with relevant exchange requirements and contractual terms
Monitor the intercompany charges and transactions
Liaise with the External Auditor on their audit and review procedures, Legal Department and Printer for all external reports and announcements filed with Hong Kong Stock Exchange
Research accounting standards and regulations for complex accounting issues and transactions and prepare memorandum
Assist senior management to identify the risks and controls for key processes and the entity level controls of the Group
Prepare SOX documentation, including narratives/process diagrams, and risk and control matrices
Job Requirements:
At least 4 years of working experience in the field of financial reporting or accounting with 2 years of financial reporting experience. Experience in Taxation, SOX compliance and Hong Kong Listing rules are an advantage. Trained or with experience in Big 4 is an advantage
Bachelor Degree of a relevant professional institution, with CPA qualification is an advantage
Good command of written and conversational English and Chinese
