Assistant Food Server

As a full- or part-time Assistant Food Server with Oakley Country Club, you'll bring positive energy and work with our FOH and BOH teams to deliver incredible dining experiences.

• Role: Assistant Food Server
• Location: Watertown, MA
• Pay: $17.00/hour
• Schedule: Flexible full- and part-time schedules starting as early as 7:00 am and ending as late as 1:00 am (typical part-time shifts are 10:00 am - 3:00 pm and 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm)

Your Day-to-Day:

Our entry-level Assistant Servers work closely with kitchen staff and front-of-house teams to help create a seamless dining experience for every guest! This role is meant for an active, team-spirited person who's motivated to take care of guests' every need. You'll jump in to help take guest orders, correctly communicate requests and allergy information to the chef, and run food to tables once the dishes are ready. You'll also take dirty dishes to the kitchen and help prepare tables for new guests. Helping in other areas as needed, you'll help create a welcoming atmosphere where every guest feels well cared for.

What We're Looking For:

• Working knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to balance and carry heavy trays, stay calm throughout the shift, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work some weekend hours
• Friendly communication and customer service skills
• High school degree or equivalent (a plus, not required)
