As we continue to scale, we seek an APAC FP&A Assistant Manager to join our HQ in Singapore. This role will play a key part in strengthening financial planning, reporting, and performance visibility across APAC markets while supporting strategic decision-making.
Position Overview:
The APAC FP&A Assistant Manager will support end-to-end financial planning and analysis processes, deliver actionable insights, and partner with regional stakeholders to monitor and improve business performance. This role will act as a key support for the Regional FP&A team and Regional Leadership, ensuring high-quality financial reporting, forecasting accuracy, and disciplined performance management.

Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Support regional budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Perform detailed variance analysis against plan, forecast, and prior periods
- Partner with country finance teams to consolidate forecasts
- Identify risks and opportunities to improve forecast accuracy
Reporting & Performance Management
- Prepare and maintain regional financial reports
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting aligned with business calendar
- Develop dashboards and KPIs
- Support business review materials for leadership
Business Partnering & Insights
- Support margin analysis and improvement initiatives
- Translate financial data into actionable insights
Projects & Process Improvement
- Support performance reporting and margin optimization initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes
- Participate in ad hoc analyses and projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 4 years of relevant work experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
- Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis
- Strong analytical and data handling skills
- Advanced Excel skills; Power BI preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
