Assistant Lobby Experience Manager responsibilities include\:
- Work with the Lobby Experience Manager to build, train, and develop a team of skilled individuals to service all facets of the participant lobby experience
- Evaluate departmental staffing needs and creatively develop colleague schedules to ensure effective lobby coverage at all times on property
- Work closely with other departmental leaders to address lobby experience opportunities in a quick and efficient manner, and develop and implement systems to proactively identify facility participant needs
- Evaluate team member productivity within department, and identify opportunities to enhance colleague efficiencies and the participant experience through a personalized approach
