WHAT WE ARE SEEKING:
•Lead and manage all aspects of the hotel and ensure all service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service
•Build strong guest relationships by anticipating needs and resolving complaints efficiently.
•Providing guidance, supporting training and leading the team
•A strong and demonstrated passion for sustainability
•Possessing a strong background in Food and Beverage or Rooms, enabling effective liaison and collaboration for business development opportunities
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDE:
•Have previous experience in a similar related role in a hotel.
•Be hands-on, enthusiastic, and passionate about delivering a high level of guest service.
•Be confident and willing to push boundaries to create the best work atmosphere for your team, to manage, train, and develop.
•Be solution-driven, autonomous, and confident in your decision-making.
•Possess excellent communication and financial skills.
