Our Paris Cafe is located in the heart of the 1962 Eero Saarinen-designed TWA Terminal, the Paris Cafe by Jean-Georges encompasses the entire footprint of the terminal`s original Paris Cafe and Lisbon Lounge. The spaces were once outfitted by famed Parisian industrial designer Raymond Loewy - the mind behind the 1955 Coca-Cola Contour bottle, the 1959 TWA twin globes logo, the 1963 Studebaker avanti and the 1962 Air Force One livery.

As an Assistant General Manager with Paradies Lagardère, you will help bring the Paris Cafe experience to life being part of the management team where you will partake in management of daily store operations, drive financial success, and build great teams. By delighting and uplifting customers through a human connection, your work goes beyond a perfectly made beverage; it’s about human connection. We want to hear from you if you have:

  • 3+ years retail / customer service management experience.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales focused environment
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
  • Minimum High School or GED

Requirements

  • Obtain and maintain current Serve Safe Food Manager’s Certification within six months of hire/promotion.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. perform essential job functions such as standing, bending, reaching, climbing on a ladder, and walking long distances.
  • Standing for long periods and the ability to work in an environment with varying temperatures.
  • Ability to work full time (the work regularly demands in excess of 40 hours per week) including variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/ or holidays. The schedule is determined by business needs.
  • Proficiency required in reading and writing, Microsoft Office Suite, and mathematics.
