What Youll Do:
We believe in serving delicious, high-quality seafood while providing exceptional hospitality. As Assistant General Manager, you will:
- Build, lead, and develop a dynamic, diverse, and motivated team
- Deliver an outstanding guest experience with warm, friendly hospitality
- Work alongside your team on the line, leading by example
- Analyze sales and manage costs, including payroll, inventory, and expenses
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence with a keen eye for detail
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience (preferred)
- Strong financial acumen, including an understanding of P&Ls and COGS
- Required food handler certification
- Ability to handle shellfish/tolerate exposure to shellfish allergens
