Luna Grill, a fast casual/QSR concept, is looking for an energetic Assistant General Manager to help launch our newest location and lead a team that delivers memorable guest experiences every shift.

What You'll Do
Support the GM in daily operations and shift leadership
Train, coach, and motivate FOH and BOH team members
Step up as manager-on-duty, owning guest experience and team performance
Assist with scheduling, inventory, and ordering
Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards
Jump in wherever needed to keep service flowing
What We're Looking For
1-2+ years of restaurant management experience, high-volume or fast-casual required
Strong leadership and communication skills
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
A natural coach who brings out the best in a team
Knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
