Assistant General Manager

• Assisting in Recruiting, hiring, and training all restaurant staff, including servers and hosts

• Scheduling employees to ensure shifts have proper coverage

• Enforcing food handling regulations and other guidelines to increase guest safety

• Opening and closing the restaurant on assigned days

• Touching tables and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

• Administration: Inventory, Cost Controls, Closing Procedures
