What You’ll Do.

Support day‑to‑day operations and help lead the team to deliver consistent, high‑quality service.
Keep your team aligned and energized by clearly communicating Mister’s vision, priorities, and what’s most important each day.
Coach and develop team members through hands‑on leadership, driving performance, accountability, and strong teamwork.
Lead UWC execution by motivating the team, strengthening product knowledge, and driving membership growth.
Contribute to financial performance and operational excellence by reinforcing expectations and supporting effective day‑to‑day execution.

Are You Eligible?

In good standing with no active counseling reports.
At least 90 days of Operations Lead experience at Mister (preferred).
Have completed Track II of the Operations Leadership Program (required).
