What You'll Do

As an Assistant General Manager, you'll be the GM's right hand in running a high-volume, full-service restaurant. You'll lead shifts with strong floor presence, coach and develop FOH team members, manage scheduling and labor targets, handle guest recovery with grace, support hiring and onboarding, and take ownership of key operational areas like inventory, cash handling, and facilities. This is the proving ground for future General Managers in our group — we promote from within whenever we can.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a full-service environment
• Confident shift leadership: you can run a busy Friday night floor and make it look easy
• A coach's mentality — you make the people around you better
• Comfort with scheduling, labor management, and basic P&L concepts
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
• 21+

Compensation & Growth

Assistant General Manager salaries start at $54,000, increase to $56,000+ as you complete milestones in our structured career path, and range up to $65,000. Upon graduating your career path (typically within your first few months), you qualify for an annual bonus opportunity starting at $3,000 based on performance metrics, with bonus potential that grows from there. General Manager salaries in our group begin where the AGM range ends — the path up is real and defined.
