MNTSTUDIO is looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, team player to join our leadership team. This role is perfect for someone with a strong operational background, a passion for wellness, who thrives in a sales-led approach, and has a desire to help lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

What You’ll Do:

As an AGM, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, supporting team development, and helping to create an exceptional experience for both staff and clients. You’ll work closely with the GM and leadership team to support and elevate studio operations. Core responsibilities include:

Sales Leadership

  • Take a hands-on approach to sales, including following up on leads, conducting sales calls, converting prospects, and meeting membership goals. Mentor and coach your team to do the same.

  • Set and actively work toward individual and support the team in reaching their membership sales goals and sales call/task goals.

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales call and membership sales goals through proactive outreach, follow-up, and relationship building.

  • Identify opportunities to improve sales performance, member retention, and overall studio revenue.

Front Desk Leadership

  • Lead by example in delivering exceptional client experiences and creating a welcoming, sales-focused environment.

  • Provide strong support, coaching, and training to the Front Desk team to help them confidently communicate MNT’s offerings, convert leads, and drive membership sales.

  • Monitor team progress toward sales goals and provide ongoing feedback, encouragement, and accountability.

  • Delegate sales and operational tasks effectively, ensuring responsibilities are clearly assigned and completed.

Recruitment & Staffing

  • Pre-screen and interview candidates to help build a strong, aligned, and high-performing team.

  • Support staffing needs and assist with onboarding and training new team members.

Team Management

  • Manage, mentor, and support the Community Manager (CM) team and Clean Team.

  • Provide leadership and support to the team, particularly in the GM’s absence.

  • Help foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture.

  • Recruit and train the studio staff in MNT policies, best practices, and everything that goes with their roles in helping make MNT the absolute best Boutique fitness experience.

Inventory & Vendor Management

  • Monitor studio inventory and ensure supplies are adequately stocked.

  • Manage vendor relationships and communicate operational needs as they arise.

Events & Community

  • Collaborate with the Events Lead to plan and execute community-building studio events.

  • Support events that strengthen member relationships and build the MNTSTUDIO community.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking someone who not only excels in operations but also brings strong leadership and team-building skills to the table. The ideal candidate will:

  • Be proactive in identifying inefficiencies and helping revise or create SOPs. Would describe themselves as extremely organized.

  • Have the ability to delegate tasks effectively and coach team members toward autonomy

  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable studio culture
    Technical guru. Can figure out systems, tools, and is a google sheets/Docs expert.
